Coconut Donuts recipe
Ingredients:
2 eggs.
2 ½ cups of sifted all-purpose flour.
½ cup of granulated sugar.
½ cup of flaked coconut.
¼ cup of milk.
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
½ teaspoon of salt.
Preparation Instructions:
Beat the eggs with the sugar until and add the milk.
Add sifted dry ingredients and coconut to the mixture.
Chill mixture for several hours.
Roll mixyure out onto a lightly floured surface until it is ½ inch thick.
Cut out donut shapes with cutter.
Fry in deep hot fat until golden brown on both sides.
Drain on a paper towel.
Sprinkle with sugar to serve.
